Remove the magnetic coil assembly of the compressor and note the connection position before removing the assembly from the compressor housing. Installation of the compressor magnetic coil assembly requires pulling it onto position until it reaches the stop with an M6x30 bolt and a washer together with a suitable thrust washer while using the drive plate but avoiding any assembly misalignment. Disassemble the bolt and drive plate together with the thrust washer following the fitting process. To attach the compressor pulley professionals should install a new pulley snap-ring before they place the compressor drive plate in position. Following this step they should measure air gap A across different points of the pulley circumference to make any required adjustments using shims from the set. The last steps entail installing the air conditioning compressor followed by evacuation and filling of the system before confirming proper air conditioning operation.
