  Start by testing for leaks before removing the A/C condenser core when a leak is believed possible. You need to replace the suction accumulator only when system contamination results from a broken A/C compressor or damaged accumulator. Start by collecting refrigerant then take out the battery pack and all pin-type clasps together with the radiator upper sight shield. Disconnect the condenser hose connections and remove the old O-ring seals. Unfasten the bolts from the radiator brackets to separate the components. Both brackets operate alike though the left-side radiator bracket picture is used. Turn out the condenser bracket nuts beginning with the rectangle-hand side sample presented. You will uncover the same bolt configuration from the opposite hand angle. To access the A/C condenser core push the radiator towards its rear position. After taking the system apart reverse these steps while adding fresh PAG oil soak to O-ring seals and filling the system with the right amount of clean PAG oil. Execute standard refrigeration system procedures after completing both the installation and removal processes.
