    The repair process for the condenser core starts when you position the vehicle on a hoist with neutral selected and recover all refrigerant contents. Begin the condenser core service procedure by detaching the battery cables followed by upper radiator sight shield removal and extraction of the RH and LH headlamp assemblies. Start by taking out both the outlet tube from the air cleaner and then the 4 junction box bolts before placing the junction box to the side. The condenser inlet fitting requires you to remove its bolt followed by disconnecting the fitting while throwing away the O-ring and gasket seals which should be tightened to 15 Nm (11 lb-ft) during installation. The condenser outlet produces similar measurements as before so keep the same procedure for fitting nut replacement and throw away O-rings as well as gasket seals then torque up to 15 Nm (11 lb-ft). The next step requires you to remove bolts from the 2 cooling module then 2 cooling fan shroud while releasing clamps followed by disconnecting 2 power steering cooler lines from the condenser core.
