    A:
    The service process for the rear bumper cover requires removal of four rear bumper screws after three rear bumper pushpins which must be followed by additional removal of five rear bumper screws to free the rear bumper cover. The parking aid wiring harness electrical connector needs removal during this time and new bumper covers require taking out their sensors. The installation of new bumper covers with parking aid must be placed on a non-damageable clean surface for protection. Drill a 3.18 mm (0.12 in) hole from the internal part of the bumper cover while you maintain the drill perpendicular to the surface and make sure the hole saw makes contact with the lower bumper cover initially. The exterior buneopper hole should be made with a 28.58 mm (1.12 in) hole saw while keeping the drill within the scribe lines. Additional trimming of inboard holes stands necessary for all versions beyond Sport models because Sport models need oval-shaped trimming for their both outboard and inboard holes. Cut the keyways off from the inside while removing all burrs near the hole. The outer bracket must rest flush against the bumper cover while following its contour and extra filing must be done on the bottom hole area. Fitting the outer bracket should be done by enabling the keyways to capture locating ribs before you position the rear parking aid sensors in place while keeping their locating lugs aligned with the bracket's notch. After connecting the parking aid wiring harness electrical connectors you should place the rear bumper cover in position and fasten it by using 5 rear bumper screws along with 3 rear bumper pushpins and 4 rear bumper screws.

    The service and repair of front bumper cover requires positioning the vehicle to neutral at a hoist. Start by removing the headlights before moving on to detach the eight upper air-deflector pin-type retainers as well as the upper air deflector from the vehicle. The front bumper cover requires removal of its four upper bolts while tightening them to 7 Nm (62 lb-in) when reinstalling. The thirteen lower screws on the front bumper cover need to be removed before installation at the specified torque of 2 Nm (18 lb-in). Remove the pin-type retainers and disconnect all fog lamp electrical connectors together with the parking aid harness electrical connector when present. Replace the front bumper cover after finishing the reversal of removal steps.
