To service the oil cooler, lift the car in neutral and empty the cooling system. Take off LH catalytic converter and disconnect the coolant hoses. Look in the oil cooler to see whether there is metal in it, and remove it and clean it. Install new gaskets, reconnect the hoses, re-install converter, and fill up cooling system.
