How to service the intake air duct on 2009 Ford Fusion?

In order to service the intake air duct, remove crankcase vent and vacuum tube connection to ACL outlet pipe. In the case of PZEVs, the AIR hose should also be disconnected. Unscrew and take out the ACL pipe outlet, reassemble, screw connections to recommended torque to ensure unwanted un-metered air flow to the engine.
