Service of the rear ABS sensor starts with removing the rear seat cushion. You must first disconnect the electrical connector of the rear ABS sensor then guide the sensor harness grommet through the passenger compartment floor. Proceed by removing first the wheel and tire after disconnecting the ABS sensor harness clips. First secure the new sensor with 7 Nm (62 lb-in) torque after you disconnect the bolt that holds the rear ABS sensor and remove it together with the sensor. After completing the installation process you should reverse the steps of removal.
