How to remove and replace the rocker arm assembly on 2008 Ford F-150?

In order to replace the rocker arm assembly, maintain cleanliness in order to prevent contamination. Take off valve cover and label rocker arms in case of reuse and remove bolts and pivots. Check and grease the components and re-fit them, tighten bolts in two steps: 5 Nm, 32 Nm. Lastly, re-attach valve cover.
