How to Service and Repair the Mirror Actuator on 2008 Ford Escape?

In order to fix the power mirror motor, remove the exterior mirror glass. Next, unscrew the exterior motor that has a mirror and with a flat-blade tool, loosen the three motor tabs. Then unscrew the motor and unscrew the electrical connector. In order to install, just undo these steps.
