How to service and repair the rear crossmember for transmission support on 2007 Ford Crown Victoria?

In order to fix the transmission support crossmember, switch off the fire suppression system. Lift the car, unscrew the RH and the LH oxygen sensor, and take off the catalytic converters. Take out the crossmember, fit a new one and reconnect. Install all bolts to required tightness and restart fire suppression system and lower vehicle.
