How to service the power-fold seat motor in the third row on 2006 Mercury Mountaineer?

In order to service the third-row power-fold seat motor, place the working motor in opposite position of non-working one. Take the seat out, looseness the required bolts and tighten them to a given torque when fixing them back. The trim cover should be carefully removed in order to reach the motor and the same process must be reversed.
