Service of the right exhaust manifold requires starting with disconnecting the negative cable from the battery. The drive belt tensioner needs a clockwise rotation for removing the drive belt. Separate the electrical connection to the crankshaft position (CKP) sensor along with the one to the A/C compressor. Remove first the bolt securing the transmission cooler tube bracket then set it aside before logging off the A/C compressor by loosening its mounting bolts. The exhaust pipe needs to be detached from the exhaust manifold before the eight nuts and exhaust manifold along with gasket can be removed. The installation ends when you execute the reverse steps from removal.
