In order to fix the oil pan, take out the front crossmember and transmission cooler tubes. Empty the oil, and take away the oil pan and gasket. Wipe down surfaces using a plastic object, use sealant and reconnect the pan. Check leaks and tighten bolts, reattach parts and fill the engine with oil.
