How to service and repair the body support for the radiator support on 2004 Ford Explorer?

In order to replace radiator support, loosen the insulator nut and backing plate at the body mount and the lower radiator body mount. Lift the car to reach the mount insulator on the top. Never use old fasteners and do not use lubricants when installing. Lastly, undo the steps of removal.
