How to service and repair the power mirror switch on 2002 Ford Thunderbird?

To replace power mirror switch, remove the instrument panel insulator and the lamp connector. Unscrew the steering column cover, undo the electrical connector and remove the outer finish panel to unscrew the exterior mirror control switch. Installation Reverse the process.
