To maintain the flywheel, make the car ready to remove the flywheel by dismantling the transmission, the clutch pressure plate, and the disc. Take out the flywheel and guide studs, and fix the flywheel and the ring gear assembly using bolts. Lastly, install the transmission, pressure plate and clutch disc again.
