To fix the fan shroud, drain the cooling system, take off the air cleaner, and take off the air deflector, hoses and fan assembly. Prop the car, take off the splash shield and unplug the radiator. Lastly, follow the same steps in the reversal of the installation making sure hose clamps are reattached.
